1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of RENT KHA, published by K-DEV Solutions LLC (a U.S. limited liability company (New Mexico LLC)), EIN 38-4364217. RENT KHA lists rental offers posted in Facebook groups and on Facebook Marketplace in and around Pattaya, and puts subscribers in touch with the poster.
Listings are posted by third parties and are not verified. RENT KHA is not a party to any exchange or contract between renters and posters. Always visit a place before paying any money.
By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone.
3. Price and payment

Two monthly plans, plus any applicable taxes based on your country of residence: Access, ฿100 per month, and Professional, ฿200 per month, which adds a Telegram or WhatsApp notification for every new listing that matches your alerts. Each plan lets you message the poster directly (Facebook messaging, or the listing’s Marketplace page), shows the contact details they published in their listing and opens the e-mail alerts.
Payments are processed by Stripe. No card data ever passes through our servers.
The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
4. Term and cancellation
There is no commitment. You can cancel anytime from your account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access remains active until then.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period.
By requesting immediate access to the service upon payment, you consent to its immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the service has been fully provided.
Refund requests can be sent to support@rentkha.com; good-faith requests are reviewed case by case.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activities, attempt to bypass its security or billing mechanisms, disrupt its operation, or extract its data in an automated way without permission.
Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or deletion of the account.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.
Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid over the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the laws of their country of residence. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
